I am a clinical social worker and family-policy consultant based in Tallahassee, FL. I am licensed in Wisconsin, Florida, and Georgia.

As a clinician, I serve individuals across the lifespan, with a particular focus on individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, sexual/love addiction, and betrayal trauma. I provide couples therapy and I have completed Level Two training in the Gottman Method. I offer specialized support for teens suffering from compulsive sexual behavior, and provide directed support for parents walking alongside them. I view therapy through the lens of Thomistic Psychology, which emphasizes virtue ethics and the formation of the human person.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and includes Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). My work is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that all individuals possess inherent dignity and worth. I am an Associate Sexual Addiction Therapist (ASAT) Candidate and a member of the Wisconsin Consortium of Catholic Therapists.

In my free time, I enjoy reading classical literature, philosophy, and theology; playing with my daughter and two sons; engaging in my local parish; and hosting community dinners with my husband.
