A year-long, online recovery group for teen girls struggling with pornography, erotica, sexting, or other sexual behavior that feels out of control.


UNBOUND offers teen girls ages 16-18 a recovery framework for addressing unwanted sexual behaviors in a private and supportive environment. Members begin with a week-long launch to build momentum and support group cohesion, and parents receive an hour-long psychoeducation support session on compulsive sexual behaviors. Throughout the year, participants will work through selected exercises from the Facing the Shadow workbook, selected 12-step literature, and other recovery resources written for teens.

UNBOUND: GROUP INFORMATION

    1. Submit Client Paperwork: Reach out to Mosaic Psychological Services, LLC for client portal access. Access their website here.

    2. Complete Screening Interview: Every interested client completes a screening interview to make sure the group is an appropriate fit, and that she has the individualized therapy support she needs alongside it. 

    3. Submit Down Payment: Accepted participants place a down payment to reserve a spot. The down payment is returned if the group does not reach the required membership. 

    4. Attend Ready, Set, Go! Week: The first year-long cohort begins with a week of daily meetings to build rapport, commitment, and comfort with the group setting and the treatment plan. The 2027-2028 cohort will meet January 4th - 8th from 7:00PM - 8:00PM Eastern Time.

    5. Attend Weekly Group Sessions: After launch week, the group meets weekly for the remainder of the year.   

    • Completion of the screening interview and approval for placement in the group

    • Ongoing individualized therapy support in addition to group (can be obtained through Mosaic Psychological Services, LLC, or elsewhere)

    • A signed parent or guardian disclosure and consent form, given the content discussed in sessions

    • Participation in the Ready, Set, Go! week and completion of at least one parental psychoeducation session

  • Ready, Set, Go! Week: $450 for five daily sessions, per participant.

    Weekly Group: $325/month, per participant, for weekly one-hour sessions. 

    Payment policies. This group is private pay and insurance is not billed. Sessions that are missed are not refundable. The down payment is refunded in full if the group does not meet its minimum enrollment. 

    Note: Required parental psychoeducation session may be covered by insurance if in network with Mosaic Psychological Services. Out-of-pocket cost is $200.00.
